Hyatt House exceeded expectations. Exceptionally clean studio, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a great billiards room. the staff was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere.

The room I stayed in was extremely spacious and absolutely perfect, it had 2 queen size beds. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the amenities included a microwave, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment.

Overall clean brand-new hotel with very very helpful staff. Location - exceptionally nice adjacent to restaurants and shopping, movie theater and brier creek. Plentiful options for breakfast.

I stayed at Hyatt House Brier Creek for transit during my travel, and the convenience of a free roundtrip airport shuttle was a major plus. The hotel also offered a terrace and a firepit, which provided a nice outdoor space to relax and unwind. The nearest airport being only 3 km away was incredibly convenient for my early morning departure.

One minor negative feature was the discrepancy in the room I booked versus what was initially assigned. The front desk clerk's lack of professionalism and the inconvenience of having to correct the room assignment detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room felt just like home with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a separate bedroom. It was spacious and had all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay.

I personally found the lack of natural light in some areas a bit disappointing.

Modern hotel, staff always excellent. The pool area was nice, rooms were brand-new and reasonably large. Plentiful breakfast, with lots of food.

I had a blast at this spot! The pool was perfect for splashing or a quick workout. Suites made me feel right at home. Loved the fresh breakfast options. After a long day, it was nice to unwind or hit the business center. Cocktails at H BAR were a hit. The free airport shuttle was a bonus. Plus, the nearby art museum was a treat! My stay felt effortless with all the amenities. And yes, I rocked it at the billiards table! Cheers!

Greatly enjoyed Clegg, the hotel was modern on a hike. The studio suite we were given had a safe, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. Its staff was excellent and thoughtful.

The room was absolutely amazing, with no complaints whatsoever. However, there was a slight issue with someone smoking weed in the hotel, which was supposed to be smoke-free. But, leaving that aside, the location was perfect, with a dog park right across the street that my furry friends loved. I felt incredibly safe as a solo traveler. The staff was fantastic, especially the two men at check-in who provided exceptional customer service. The gym facilities were mind-blowing, with top-notch equipment and plenty of space. The front desk service was great, and the room was incredibly quiet. The interior design of the bedroom, bathroom, lobby, and bar were all stunning. The patio was a relaxing spot, and the H Market was super convenient for drinks and snacks. it was an amazing experience, with everything from breakfast to amenities exceeding expectations.
