While the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the amenities were impressive, issues like an unkempt room and misleading information regarding a crib were frustrating. The kindness of some staff made things better, yet improvements in service consistency and attention to detail are definitely needed.

The location is wonderful and close enough to restaurants and shopping, the airport, and shops. Besides, we loved the lake, located within 10 mins walk of the hotel. The rooms here are brand-new with the walkin shower. A microwave, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

The amenities here are great! The gym is well-equipped, the pool table is a fun touch, and the atmosphere is modern and inviting. I felt especially relaxed and really appreciated how everything was immaculate-from the common areas to my room, which was like a cozy apartment.

i really enjoyed the spacious kitchen suite, easy to unwind after exploring nearby parks and attractions like brier creek commons and the rdu observation deck, both just a short drive away and perfect for a leisurely day out.

The staff was friendly and the cleaning service was great. I did notice the internet connection had some spots of spotty service, difficult to work some days. The room needed better soundproofing as I could hear some noise from other guests. But overall, the atmosphere was inviting, and I felt at home . I would consider returning despite the few issues.

The One-Bedroom King Suite was super spacious with a comfy bed that ensured great sleep. Loved having a kitchen for meals, and the living area felt cozy. Everything was clean and ready for us, and the internet worked well too. Just a heads-up, though, the plumbing under the sink looked a bit odd, like it was in the middle of repairs. Not a dealbreaker, but kinda strange.
